ReplyDeleteArden is my favorite because she is too pretty. I have her on a shirt and a mug. I think I found you by searching on Etsy. The person who is sponsoring this giveaway is an awesome person Thanks for the opportunity to win a real treasure.
ReplyDeleteWow Nikki what am awesome giveaway !!! I'm a bit stuck between 2 .. I loved the gorgeous fall fairy (the one I'm receiving hehe) .. I am always in love with fall themed things and it's just beautiful. I also love Arden ! Green is my favorite color so that one caught my eye too ! I'm not sure how long ago I discovered your art .. but I do know it was through your previous PSP Tube licensing company hehe. Thanks so much for the amazing giveaway ! Susan (Shal)
ReplyDeleteI love the Holiday Giveaway Portrait. I love the colors and Love anything to do with masquerades and Ravens! Couldnt get any better.
ReplyDeleteFound you first on facebook.
My favorite is Giselle! Which unfortunately do not own yet lol. I love the purples and blues!! And I found you through my sister! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! :D
Wow, how very generous of your patron to share your talents in this way! My only hope is that your inspiration continues and you will be drawing and painting until you no longer wish to, which btw I hope is never! Love it and love you showing the process, we get to share in your talent! Happy Christmas and may the New Year bring you lots of joy.
ReplyDeleteOh my, what a wonderful gift! This time of year and the giving spirit it brings out in people is so amazing. It is very hard to pick just one favorite piece of yours, but Serafina and Firenze stood out in my mind first. Watching each step as you created the stunning details in the background was so much fun. And it might also be due to the fact that I Am a Phoenix! I usually enjoy cool colors (green!) over warm colors, but your use of the reds, oranges, and yellows on that piece are just flawless. Love love love. I think Lexy would be a close second favorite. Plus how can I not adore all of your animal characters! I know so many people are deserving fans of yours, but I will keep my fingers crossed for a super awesome birthday present! :) Thank you! (slolcott24@gmail.com)
ReplyDeleteI would love to win one of your paintings. What a great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI fist found you via heaven and earth designs :)
Nikki I am overjoyed that the generosity of someone so kind would give us a chance to own one of your original works of art...I am so excited for owning one of your pieces would be divine...My sister introduced me to the world of rubber stamping and she lead me to a site called Sweetpea Stamps...and there I became hooked on your beautiful images...I could not resist therefore, purchasing them was a must in my book...and then along came digi images ..and I too searched the internet for your images and came upon your site...I enjoy each day seeing what beautiful images come to light...your talent is evident in all your pieces. This is why it is most difficult to make a choice...but I will..my favorite is LEXY...She is true sexy zombie ...I say that because you have captured every detail of femininity while making her a little zombette...love her so much because you allowed us to participate in your creative process and therefore, I feel like "Lexy" was a collective energy that came to life with your imagination and skillful artistry...by the way I do have a second favorite and that is "BreAnna"...coloring, detail, theme...just a gorgeous piece...she is a Temptress in my book...Thanks again Nikki for sharing your talent with us...and Thank you to the generous sponsor who is gracious by giving this Holiday giveaway to someone who admires your work!!!!Camille
ReplyDeleteWhat an exciting contest Nikki! I love your work. It's hard to narrow down which one is my favorite. If I had to make a choice, which I do, it is Rayne. I love the color palette and I find it reminiscent of Gothic mysteries and Poe. The aura of the picture just comes together beautifully.
ReplyDelete(for the curious the other four she beat out for favorite are Copper, Telsa, Willow and Arden. :) and I first came across Nikki's art at Heaven and Earth Designs.)
Diana Garland
Well, I won't go into detail on how I first discovered your work, because that is a very simple and short story. LOL
ReplyDeletePicking a favorite of your pieces is a tough one! You have so many that I absolutely love. if I had to pick my very favorite out of all of them, it would have to be Mina. She's the first of your pieces I ever fell in love with. She's like a sailor tattoo, or a siren to pull an unsuspecting lover into the wave to spend eternity amongst the sea foam with her. I love the detail you put into each piece, whether it's the shading in the flowers and rope, or the message you put on the scrap of canvas. Each one of your paintings transports me temporarily into a fantasy world, where mermaids are as real and majestic as they appear. Your mermaids always turn out so graceful and alluring looking.
A close second favorite though, would have to be Rayne. I love the feather mask you gave her, it really sets the piece apart from any other. On top of that, I love all the clothes you draw on each girl, I would totally wear them if they were real! <3
My favourite painting is Payton, mainly because she’s mine ^_^. Closely followed by BreAnna and Angelique. There’s definitely something about those bat-winged vampire girls...
ReplyDeleteAnd I think I must have discovered your art through facebook.
I love Arden. I have her framed and hanging on my wall. She was the first artwork I purchased from you. And I was introduced to your art by seeing you on a friend's facebook page (Ed)
ReplyDeleteEvelyn leumasnos@verizon.net
I have a mad love for Lexy. I think its my love of horror, zombies, psychobilly, tattoos and the Bride of Frankenstein that draws me to this piece. It's so unique from all your other pieces.
ReplyDeleteI found you by searching for witch art on Etsy and could not be happier that I found you. I love your work and as a fellow artist have mad respect for your skills.
I don't have a Facebook page so I will definitely google + this post!
What an amazing and giving person to allow you the chance to give a gift of such talent. I learned about your artwork very recently when I was in an new age store and was talking to a random customer (don't know her name) who bragged about your amazing work. I am a fellow artist myself and I decided to look through your work and instantly loved them. I think my favorite piece will have to be Angelique as she is gorgeous and definitely amazing. I love her torn wings and tights! I love how skulls and cute dragon to give her a dark feel, but she still looks beautiful and mystifying. I will also have to say Rayne also caught my eye. The feather mask and ravens were a nice touch! ^_^

I first saw your work, Copper and fell Cassia, love her tattoo, and Astrina totally impressed with your clean lines and amazing color! Then I have an addiction to fantasy art, and your work! I follow u on all online sites I can, have a commision done by you on my wish list! (Thank you, to the person who made this giveaway possible). :)Then my daughters 8 & 10 found your coloing pages and I started to appreciate ur work even more! My 8 yr old is Autistic and can spend hrs trying to copy your colors to her coloring pages! A budding artist! My name is Melissa at applepickers.ma@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteOh it's so hard to pick a favorite. I guess I would have to pick "Copper". Even thou I love fairies & dragons there is just something about that one. I love steampunk and that painting is so original. From the great use of colors & the amazing composition, it has been a fav of mine sense I say it in the work in progress stage.
ReplyDeleteAs for finding your artwork, I can't remember if I found you on FaceBook or though another outlet.
Thanks so much for the give-a-way whoever you are that made this possible!!
This has to be the best giveaway ever! I would like to say a big thank you to the very generouse and kindhearted donated for giving everyone such a wonderful opatunatie and the winner a wonderful gift!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite pice:-
That's a very hard one as I love all my painting and the one I will live the most is currently in the process of being made into the most sentiment and beautiful pice of art by Nikki herself ;)
I guess that one dosent can't as it's not yet painted so I will go with, my Lexy painting I can see she's popual by the above too :) I live this pice as its firstly painted beautifully but she represents everything you could want from a zombie painting. She has an sexy but deadly feel as she's although very pritty to the eye also has the classic disfigaments of an undead zombie. She is also a very interesting pice that always has my guests talking about her and the talented artist!
I first came across your work via eBay. The painting angeliqua (sorry of I misspelt that ) court my eye. I was looking for unic vampire/fantasy painting and she was the one that really count my eye in the ocean. Of artwork that poped up in the list. This was not long after my little one was born so about two years ago. I added Nikki's page to my favourites and knew I would one day (after going back to work from maternity ) by one of your original painting and I did :)
Good luck everyone x
Wow, this ia fantastic giveaway. What an opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI'm a Heaven And Earth Designs stitcher so I first became aware of you through them and I own a few of your designs as charts, my favourite of which is Aelita and Jax... love it!
Thank you so much to the very generous person who has so very kindly donated this amazing gift!
ReplyDeleteI love so much of your artwork and although my favourite has to be the original sketch that is sitting on my bedside table, I can't really name that! It's very hard to pick just 1 from all the beautiful pieces you've created, but I think Copper just edges it for me. I love Steampunk and adore the green, gold and red colours that you used. The background is perfect and reminds me of hammered copper. I loved watching this come to life and I really was amazed with the end result.
As I'm a stitcher, I first came across your artwork through Heaven and Earth Designs and I am so happy that I did.
Thank you for producing such beautiful artwork and being such a pleasure to chat with. You really make me feel like a friend rather that just a customer!
Hello Nikki! I love your newer one Copper!!! I love all of your work! I found you on fb!! I love finding new artists!
ReplyDeleteArden is my favorite. I love the different shades of green you used on her.I also love the intricacies of her wings. I first heard of you on MySpace when people could decorate their own pages and lots of people used your images. If I were lucky enough to win, I would ask that you include my cat CC because she is very special to me. She had been abused by her former owners but she is just so lovable now.
ReplyDeleteMelissa Brown, iamachaiaddict@gmail.com
It's hard to pick a favorite but I really like the Halloween one you have up on Facebook not sure on the name of it. I Love Halloween art it is my favorite art to see and do. Awesome giveaway!! Tiffany Guinn tguinn29@pixieperfectdesigns.com
ReplyDeleteCurrently Jay a is my favorite, but I've loved a lot of your artwork. I believe I first saw you on Angry Crayon, if not there, for sure on Deviant Art. I'd love to see some tutorials on your techniques! Watercolor is my favorite way to paint, although it's been a while. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh. And I've already got you liked on Facebook:-)

Its hard to pick just one but I really like Ashlyn - the cat, the frog with wings. its just a really cute piece.
ReplyDeleteI first found you on Facebook
I love Rayne. it reminds me of a character in the comic I am writing. she wears a lot of purples and blacks. It stands out to me because of this. all of your work is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I discovered your work because I was looking for more artist friends, and we had a whole bunch of friends i common.
Just in case my account doesn't have my email o it it is art.of.stacy@gmail.com
Such a wonderful giveaway Nikki. I have so many favorites but the one that stands out the most for me would have to be Lexy. She is so different compared to the other beauties. When you see her, you can not help but want and fall in love with her. I fell in love with her before she was even finished. I love supernatural things including zombies and you really do not see a lot of zombie like paintings and when you do they are sexy, gruesome and bloody. Lexy puts the SEXY in gruesome :) and the heart in her hand... perfect for any woman who has ever gotten her heart broken by a man or a woman who is in love :) All ages and gender could hang and adore this piece and I hope someday to have this beauty on my wall :) Thanks so much for throwing this giveaway.
ReplyDeleteBailey would be my favorite. Why? Because it seems the most "out there" of your pictures, as far as background. The stripes make it stand out, and the TARDIS blue color you use is not too shabby a reminiscent of Dr. Who :P I'm not sure if you intend to use this as a means of accentuating the eyes, but generally your eyes are drawn rather large - disproportionate.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if that's an overall choice to do so (because a lot of your pictures appear disproportionate), but if not then that's something to work on.
I will say on a positive note that your color scheme is spot on for your paintings =)
My favorite is Ryla. All of them look amazing, but Ryla really caught my eye with the hearts on her clothes, and that adorable owl :)
ReplyDeleteI heard about you from my friend
Johnthorne9@gmail.com
John Thorne
Favorite: Licia, because the torn wings look beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhere I heard of you: A friend shared you on Facebook
My favorite piece of yours is "Zoe". I love everything about her - ( I love colored hair!! ), the pink and purple sky, the pumpkins, the little Kitty, and her nylons and hat.

I am unable to access my email, but you can message me on facebook.
You know, if you do that you should at the very least provide a link to your account, or make a new email address purely for this, or something... Unless you're good friends with Nikki, I wouldn't count on her looking for you if you win, she'd probably just pick someone else, one who actually answered both questions and gave a method of reply.
DeleteI don't remember how I first found Nikki's art, it's been so many years, I am friends with her, and I don't know much about computers so I don't know how to add a link to my facebook account.
DeleteHi Stacey! It's fine. =) I know how to get in contact with you in case you win. Thanks so much for entering! =)
Deletehello,

ReplyDeleteEd Cammarota
Hi. Absolutely love your work. My favorite is Serafina & Firenze, although its very hard to pick just one. The detail in the background and on her and the phoenix is just awesome! Found you thru Etsy and so glad I did! :) What a great opportunity for a fan to win a commissioned piece of art. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite will probably always be 'Portrait of a Vampire #1 - Cassandra!' I first discovered Cassandra and other artworks of yours on eBay. Soon afterwards I searched for your Facebook account. And not too long after the online connection I became the very proud owner of the original Cassandra... the first of five amazing originals of yours I own!!
ReplyDeleteVincent R. on F.B.
My favourite painting of your's is Rayne, the look the tone, the colours. I just find her so inspiring and fantastical. I also love ravens so that maybe why. Although, my own commission is quickly bumping her to second place.
ReplyDeleteI discovered your art work through etsy this time last year and have been a fan and buying ever since :)
My favorite is Heather. It was the first one I saw and I love the color scheme and all the fairy kitties. This is closely followed by Morissa which is just gorgeous with the moonlight and candles. I first heard of your work from my sister.

ReplyDeleteHi Nikki. What an amazing giveaway :) I came across your artwork through a person who commissioned a piece for me. I am in no way objective, my favorite piece is "Maggie." I want to tell you about the difference that piece made in my life. Last year, I found out I had a huge (not exaggerating, HUGE) type of tumor in my uterus during an emergency appendectomy. I had to have all of my "gal parts" removed, so I lost five body organs. No cancer, but, it was pretty awful. I went through a very dark period of depression after that. The whole "am I still a woman, who will want to marry someone who can't have kids at such a young age etc..." and then, I hung your painting up across from the bed where I was healing up. The painting reminded me of the spunky gal, who thinks she is a faerie, with her love of colors and cats and magic. A girl who isn't afraid to dream big. That girl, is me. That painting helped me to feel like magic doesn't go away and no matter what- we move through life and face some scary stuff. I would adore owning another piece of art, but, this story is more important than material goods. Your work helped me to keep a grasp on who I am, and I am very thankful for that. Thanks Nikki :) msquaredmischief@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI discovered your beautiful artwork on ebay.
ReplyDeleteCori Payne shared your artwork with me. Her sister won this contest last year, she said and commissioned you to do "Heather". My personal favorite would be Symphoni the mermaid because I like the colored swirls and I'm a fan of sea motifs. :) Thanks for doing this contest!
ReplyDeleteHi Nikki, your work is beautiful. I came across it while searching etsy. I love the energy of it, I am needing good vibes on my journey.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite piece is Aria.I just love the whole thing, the composition, the colour, the way it feels happy and fun to me
Juliana AvalonMoonsong Addams on FB.
Hi Nikki. I have just discovered your artwork this morning and it is fantastic. A friend - Julianna was posting some of your prints on fb. As I was scrolling thru your photos I could visualise myself in so many of them. To pick a favorite was hard but finally decided on tabitha- purples my favorite color, owls and cats are some of my spirit guides, she has legs - while I appreciate the magic of mermaid I like what I can do w my legs and other bits.. Lol. Keep up the great work- oh to be as talented as you. BB xx Jess Lawrence.
